Maeum Art is a quiet place to let feelings out and to rest with art. It is made by AIRIN in Singapore. We keep as little about you as we can, and we follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we keep

• If you sign in with Google or an email link: your email address, and the name Google shares with us. We never see or store a password.
• What you choose to leave here: words, drawings, voice recordings and art you send to the sea, the tree, a star, the river, the gallery or to someone as a gift. Whatever you give to the sky, the fire or the mountain is not kept.
• If you turn on reply notifications: the address your browser gives us for sending them. Notifications never contain what anyone wrote.
• Counts, not people: we count how often places are used (for example, how many bottles were cast today), never who used them.

Small things like your sound setting and the leaves you have lit are remembered only in your own browser. We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your language. There is no advertising and no tracking.

Why we keep it

• To let what you leave here find its way back to you, and to deliver replies and gifts.
• To look after the space: we read work before it goes into the gallery, and we read anything that is reported.
• To care for you: if words suggest someone may be in danger, we show helplines such as SOS (1767).

We never sell your information, and we never use it for advertising.

Who helps us

The site runs on Vercel, and information is stored with Supabase in Singapore. Google handles Google sign-in. When the sea keeper has not heard from anyone in two days, a person on our team may ask Anthropic's Claude for a draft reply to that one bottle, then read and edit it before it is sent. These services only process information to help us run Maeum Art.

How long we keep it

We keep what you leave here for as long as it lives on the site. Your account stays until you ask us to remove it. When you do, we delete your email address and unlink anything you shared.

Your choices

You can use almost everything here without signing in. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@airin.com.sg. We will reply within 30 days.

Children

Maeum Art is meant for people aged 13 and over. If you are younger, please use it with a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change how we look after your information, we will update this page and the date above.
